Yeap, there is literally a job for sleepyheads.
Well guess what? Now, after five years of operating online with a HQ in Sentul, this Malaysian sleep company brand finally has its own flagship store in Publika, Kuala Lumpur.
Prior to this first flagship store, they also have a small showroom in Sentul called the Sonno Sleep Lab, where you can feel, touch and experience the beds via appointments only. Since 2017, they’ve gone fully online, selling beds with three guarantees to customers whice are free shipping, easy packaging, and a 100-night tryout.
You wanna know the best part? They’re introducing the Sleep House there too! What is it, you may ask?
Sonno Sleep House is basically a few little houses with specific types of mattresses for you to sleep in. Yes, that’s correct. You can take a nap for about 20 – 40 minutes there to test the ‘comfortness’ of the mattress.
And don’t worry, it’s called a house for a reason as the space provides privacy for those who truly wanna test the mattresses out. They have around three houses in their store, fully equipped with curtains and a nice comfy environment.
The Sonno Sleep House is thoughfully designed to provide a comfortable space for a more genuine in-store mattress trail that goes beyond a five minute standard test and can make the shopping experinece enjoyable and memorible.
If you like the matress, then you can straight away take a new one home and test it out for another 100-nights. They can ship it to you with free delivery (for their every product).
You can also take it home by yourselves because their packaging is actually quite transportable. They use vacuum packaging to make the matress smaller, no matter the size, from single to king. When you open the plastic, the matress will automatically bounce right up to its original size. Poof, magic!
So what if you don’t like the bed? What now? Don’t worry, you can just reach them, and they’ll come over to collect the bed. And no, they won’t resell the used mattresses (we’ve just got to ask). They’ll clean and donate them to those who need it. Futhermore, their return rate of the matresses is only 2%, which proves that customers really do like their products.
After they’ve collected the matress you don’t seem to fancy, they’ll also give you a full refund, provided that you’ve really tried their products for a minimum of 25 nights (because it takes 3-4 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress). For more info on the return, read the T&Cs here.
Apart from the three general features of the purchase, Sonno’s also launching their new DIY Sonno Signature Bed Frame. It’s made with 100% Malaysian natural rubberwood (no metals like screws or nails). Best part about it is that you can even assemble it yourself, with no tools like screwdrivers or allen keys needed). Your hands are truly the best tools!
Additionally, their first signature bedframe also comes with a cute slot at the side of the frame to put you devices at night. You don’t need to put your phones under your pillow or on your beside table anymore. They’ve created a sweet little spot especially for that.
And if you haven’t already, you might have seen the ad where they put tiers of wine glasses on the Sonno mattress and let a gymnast land on the same mattress. They even dropped a bowling ball next to the glasses and the glasses didn’t budge. All these dramatic acts are just proving that their matresses are super soft and sturdy at the same time.
This is because the Original Sonno mattress has 4 layers under it, which are an ultra-soft fabric cover (thermal comfort), a natural latex (comfort, bounce and breathability), a memory foam (pressure relief) and a support foam (for weight distribution).
They also have a new Sonno Lite Mattress that’s more affordable than the original but with good quality materials too. This one has 3 layers which are the cotton top cover, memory foam and support foam.
Besides that, Sonno has plenty of other sleep products too from soft pillows and lightweight duvets to colorful bedcovers and a 9kg blanket.
Sonno was founded by an Italian couple named Fabio Miceli and his wife & business partner, Margherita Mosanghini. They’re currently residing in Malaysia for around 10 years now, and started the company in 2017 here in Malaysia.
Come over and try as well as experince Sonno because that’s the only way you can understand what better sleep is. We offer high quality products direct to consumers, so we can make products more affordable. Customers can basically enjoy a better sleep at an affordable price.
