Today, platinum-selling American rock band O.A.R. debuted a new song titled “In The Clouds,” the track serves as the first single off their upcoming tenth studio album The Arcade, set to release this summer.
“In The Clouds” is a joyous tune with an organic trance sound that is delivered through a mixture of acoustic and electronic inclinations. According to the band, the song is a celebration of youthful freedom and imagination despite age.
“’In the Clouds’ is a song about the power of imagination,” stated lead singer Marc Roberge in a statement. “Each and every one of us deserve a break from the noise, some time in our thoughts. This is a song about taking that adventure whenever we can.”
O.A.R. are set to embark on their co-headlining summer tour with Dispatch on July 8. During their travels, the two groups will make 37 stops including major cities like Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Atlanta, Cleveland, Nashville, Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Austin, and more. They’ll perform through Sept. 10 and conclude their summer of shows at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas.
Yesterday, O.A.R. and Dispatch threw a summer tour pre-party, hosted by Jason Biggs and presented by Capital One, at The Relix Studio in New York. Learn more about the event here.
